Log in to add sessions to your schedule and sync them to your phone or calendar.
Gates open at 10am via the GREEN GATE only - there'll be AA signs for you to follow.
You will be sent a tag to print, fill in and put in the window of each vehicle coming to site. Every driver will need to know the colour of the village you're camping in and the Group Name (e.g. Finchurch youth group).
Everyone entering the site will need a wristband, anyone just dropping off will get a temporary band. Each driver (even if only dropping off) will be given wristbands for the people in their vehicle only, we will keep a record of who we've issued bands for. Once you've been checked in, you'll be directed to your village and the village hosts will show you where to set up camp. Each vehicle, even if just dropping off, will need to use the QR code to register their vehicle.
Please note, due to safety reasons, there will be NO access to the centre of site (including venues, activities, Help Desk, cafes and food vans) until 2 pm when the event starts. So please come prepared to have lunch at your campsite.
The Help Desk will be open from 2pm should you have any wristbands that need sorting.
Once you've set up camp, grab the card in your youth leader's welcome pack, and come and explore our site - full of new, exciting and improved venues - through our Scavenger Hunt challenge!
That's right! New for 2026 - we've got a whole extra venue for music and the arts. And we want YOU to get involved! Sign up in Beats for an Open Mic slot and/or to audition to be part of Late Night with Lauren one evening.
There will be a back line consisting of: drums, bass amp, guitar amp & keyboard which will be available for use during Open Mics.
Make your way to The Vault and the Activity Village hosted by our friends at The Boys' Brigade.
Challenge your friends on the Bungee Run or Pillow Bash, score big at the Football/Basketball Shoot (daily prize), take on our Crazy Golf course, bounce away on the giant Bouncy Castle, and so much more.
