BUT FIRST - you need to sign up in advance. Gather a team of up to 8, and book your place during the week at the MAF Co-Pilot stand. Each session run for 20 minutes.
This is a fun run hosted by Open Doors. Come ready to run (or jog or skip or walk or cartwheel) OR get involved with cheering or chasing the runners down. There may or may not be water involved.
