It's tough growing up as a guy. It always has been, but today there's so few positive roadmaps and role models for masculinity, and a lot of dodgy ones. 

So, like edible crayons, Jamie and Martin are here to present a version of masculinity that won't give you a stomach ache. Hear from the author of The Man You're Made To Be, and the man voted Satellites' Worst Dressed Person four years in a row. And Jamie Walker.
