Gates open at 10am via the GREEN GATE only - there'll be AA signs for you to follow.
You will be sent a tag to print, fill in and put in the window of each vehicle coming to site. Every driver will need to know the colour of the village you're camping in and the Group Name (e.g. Finchurch youth group).
Everyone entering the site will need a wristband, anyone just dropping off will get a temporary band. Each driver (even if only dropping off) will be given wristbands for the people in their vehicle only, we will keep a record of who we've issued bands for. Once you've been checked in, you'll be directed to your village and the village hosts will show you where to set up camp. Each vehicle, even if just dropping off, will need to use the QR code to register their vehicle.
Please note, due to safety reasons, there will be NO access to the centre of site (including venues, activities, Help Desk, cafes and food vans) until 2 pm when the event starts. So please come prepared to have lunch at your campsite.
The Help Desk will be open from 2pm should you have any wristbands that need sorting.
