Saturday August 8, 2026 3:15pm - 4:00pm BST
God invites us to look up, explore the world around us, and wonder at how creation works. In this lively session, we will discover how creativity and science can work together as gifts from God. We will think about how our imagination, curiosity, and practical skills can help us create with God and serve his purposes. Along the way, we will put those ideas into action by making origami catapults and testing out creative, scientific minds together for God's glory.

Where is your treasure?
Monday August 10, 2026 2:00pm - 2:45pm BST
Jesus tells us that “where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” What we do with the money (and stuff) we have is closely connected to what, or who, we love. So how can we use what we have for Jesus? The choices we make about how we get and spend money, and where it goes in the meantime, can set patterns for our whole lives.  What else does Jesus have to say about money? How can our approach to money help us think about the things we care about – living in fair and safe communities, and taking care of nature, for example? Come and unpack what the Bible has to say and what it might look like in practice in the 21st century to follow Jesus with our money.

Monday August 10, 2026 3:15pm - 4:00pm BST

But when it lingers, sticks or begins to weigh us down what can we do? What’s the difference? And what do we need to watch for?

This session will explore what we can do when we feel low, how we can help others (or get help from others) and how philosophers and mystics have wrestled with the question: What can we do with low mood?
