Additional Needs room drop-in
Thursday August 6, 2026 2:00pm - 4:00pm BST
This is a chance to drop in and meet Jenny and the Additional Needs team who'll be around this week.
If you've got questions, they can either answer them or work on finding out the answers for you.
If you want to familiarise yourself with the space before main meeting, you're welcome.
If you want to know if Additional Needs or Relay is for you, come ask questions.
Open to young people, leaders, carers and parents.

We'd also recommend you check out Canopy as another venue that will have quieter moments and activities throughout the day and evening.

The Arena

6:30pm BST

Additional Needs Room Open
Thursday August 6, 2026 6:30pm - 8:30pm BST
You'll find us in the little rooms at the back left of the main arena (as you're facing the stage). They have glass windows/walls so you'll be able to see what's going on in the arena.

This is a small (hosted) breakout space where you can come and have some quiet if the arena feels too overstimulating. All young people must be dropped off by a youth leader and it’s fine to use it as a drop in and out space or stay for the whole time. We also have some ear defenders which can be borrowed if you’ve left yours at the tent. There'll be sensory lighting, fidget toys and some beanbags.

Please note:
- this is a space for young people, unfortunately we’re not able to accommodate youth leaders due to space.
- this is a sensory space for young people who might need support. If you want a space to chill, stretch out, be around less people or slightly less noise - please use Relay.

Main meeting ONE
Thursday August 6, 2026 7:00pm - 8:30pm BST
Head to our main venue in the Arena, for the first of our all-together gatherings. Get there early for DJ Andrew’s party tunes, have fun with our hosts - Martin, Sandeep, Emmanuel, Lucy & Jamie - and meet Elle Limbear and her brilliant worship band. Tonight, we're so excited that Jamie Walker is speaking - he's been part of Satellites since the very first year, and we can't wait to hear him kick off this year's theme: Look Up.

Additional Needs Room Open
Monday August 10, 2026 10:30am - 12:30pm BST
