Youth Leader session: How can we make brave faith everyday faith?
Friday August 7, 2026 2:00pm - 2:45pm BST
[This session is for leaders]
Brave faith isn’t always easy, especially for a generation that can be courageous one minute and anxious the next. As youth leaders, we get the joy of fanning into flame the God‑given gifts in our young people and cheering them on as they learn to be bold right where they are… even when it feels totally impossible. With inspiring stories from believers in the persecuted church, in this seminar the Open Doors team will dig into the HOW of helping young people take risks, step out in confidence, and choose brave, impossible faith in their everyday lives.

Can I trust the Bible?
Friday August 7, 2026 4:30pm - 5:15pm BST
Plenty of people have written the Bible off without ever taking a proper look at it. But if we do choose to explore it, we may ask whether the Bible has been changed and twisted over the centuries, or whether it can really be trusted. In this session, Ben will look into how we can answer this question honestly, and there will be time for questions too!

Creative & Curious (Interactive workshop)
Saturday August 8, 2026 3:15pm - 4:00pm BST
God invites us to look up, explore the world around us, and wonder at how creation works. In this lively session, we will discover how creativity and science can work together as gifts from God. We will think about how our imagination, curiosity, and practical skills can help us create with God and serve his purposes. Along the way, we will put those ideas into action by making origami catapults and testing out creative, scientific minds together for God's glory.

Youth Leader Session: ''Jesus is mansplaining'' lessons from the Troubling Jesus Research
Sunday August 9, 2026 2:00pm - 2:45pm BST
[This session is for leaders]
What happens when young people read the bible without being told what they’re supposed to think? The Troubling Jesus research discovered that many of Jesus’ words and actions raise difficult questions—and that’s not something to avoid. What if those moments of discomfort are where discipleship happens? Join us as we explore the findings from Troubling Jesus (Translating God Part 3), and discover practical tools and resources from Youthscape to help you read Scripture alongside young people, creating space for honest questions, deeper faith, and mutual transformation.

Youth Leader Session: Helping Young People Love the Church Without Ignoring Its Brokenness
Monday August 10, 2026 2:00pm - 2:45pm BST
[This session is for leaders]\
Church scandals. Leadership failures. Church hurt. Many young people are wondering whether the Church is still worth trusting - many youth leaders are too. How do we acknowledge real hurt without surrendering to cynicism? Together we'll explore how to help young people love Jesus and His Church with a resilient faith that can withstand disappointment and discover a vision of the Church that's honest about its brokenness, confident in its hope, and worth loving, trusting, and helping to build.

Unity IRL - Practicing Unity in the Everyday
Monday August 10, 2026 3:15pm - 4:00pm BST
