Carrie has worked in the charity sector for almost 20 years, celebrating and supporting the volunteers who make a difference and make change happen.
She now leads the Church of England’s national lay ministries team which champions lay ministries across the Church of England. The team aims to support the growth of lay ministries in order to continue to grow God’s mission in God’s world – and it’s a joy to have a job doing this!
Carrie leads junior youth group at her church in South London and loves hearing their questions, perspectives and suggestions as they explore faith and Scripture. She also loves growing things, learning things and drinking vats of tea.
