Hi I’m Gemma and I have the absolute joy of doing research at Youthscape.
That means I basically get paid to read, learn, enquire, share information and support the brilliant Youthscape team (& sometimes other youth organisations) with research and evidence that helps make us all better Youth Workers. Outside of Youthscape I share my house with my husband, three teenage boys, an excitable spaniel and two rats which makes for a busy and lively home. I am also a volunteer youth worker and a Town & Borough Councillor so in my spare time I try to get outside for for a walk, run, paddle or a wild camp to get some peace and quiet whenever I can!
