Jo leads Leadership Development at CPAS and heads up the Arrow Programme. With 20+ years of leadership experience, she’s passionate about helping people step into their God-given potential. She loves connecting people, championing neurodiversity, and learning alongside leaders from different cultures, contexts, and generations through her work at CPAS and the global Arrow network. Known for her collaborative approach and positive outlook, she’s all about leadership that helps people thrive. Every now and then, she dusts off her 70-year-old saxophone, a reminder of her first career as a professional musician before becoming a priest.
